Hotel - Almada, Setúbal

Historic palace of the eighteenth century, implanted in a plot of about 24,000sqm, with an approved project for the creation of a 5-star hotel with 90 luxury suites, located just 10 minutes from the centre of Lisbon. More than a historic building, it is a project prepared to respond to the growing demand for luxury hotels in the Lisbon region, preserving the architectural identity of the palace and integrating new areas of accommodation and premium services. The approved project has been carefully designed to preserve the authenticity of the historic building, integrating new accommodation and service areas capable of responding to the demands of contemporary luxury hospitality. It is planned to create 90 suites, restaurant, lounge bar, pool bar, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, multifunctional rooms and large green spaces, providing an exclusive experience in a setting of high heritage value. With an expected gross area of 7,309sqm, this project represents much more than the acquisition of a historic property.
